Found it really difficult to enter DOB! then I got a message to say there had been a note added to my order but couldn’t find it. Seemed a lot like f hassle to order two basic items items

Pleased with company and service but had paid extra for next day delivery but it arrived two days after ordering. This may have been a problem with Royal Mail as I had received a message from them to say it was being delivered the next day however it didn’t arrive until the day after.

Brilliant service. Quick delivery by Royal Mail so no faffing about waiting for courier all day. Nice selection of items at reasonable prices.

Generally happy with overall service . Only issue was when my order was out on hold pending review by the team . After almost a week I contacted them to be told they were waiting for photo’s to be submitted . Did immediately and product sent same day . I would suggest that to improve your service it would have been more helpful to have advised me at the time the product was put on hold that photo’s were required to enable further assessment before product dispatch.
