The speed with which the team at MyPharmacy works is amazing. I sent a query to customer service and received a reply within one minute. Then, after only paying for standard delivery, my order arrived the next day! Very happy and will use them again.

Delivery was delayed, I called the customer service / pharmacy telephone number. My call was met by a stuffy rude female member of staff. Rather than apologise, she told me that my selecting and paying extra for next day delivery, doesn’t really mean next day delivery; how ridiculous.

Simple way to get access to pharmacy supplies without leaving the house. A straight forward set of questions, pay for the product then they arrive a day or so later in the post. I would definitely recommend using the service and will use it again myself.

’ve used my pharmacy several times and found them a really good service especially when it’s the only site I can get my travel sick tablets from,one hiccup on last order but that was down to Royal Mail and the lady I dealt with was great and resent immediately arrived next day
