United Kingdom | 07 February 2025Smart energy My mums boiler was old & & it was about time it was replaced, smart energy sent a surveyor after I responded to a Facebook advert I was telephone by Karen in admin who arranged a heating surveyor to check where the old boiler is & make a plan if the new boiler can be fitted there & check where the radiators are & if my Mum needed loft insulation. Karen rang me back & the gas safe fitters were arranged to come the next week. They put sheets down on the carpets & not only were they very professional they were very polite you could see they took great care to do everything the job involved. It’s an all day job so I stayed with my mum as she’s 80, bless her & I made sure she could sit & relax while the heating & hot water was off. The loft insulation is really a nice job & a spanking new boiler with hand held display controller. I recommend this awesome company who arrived on time & really lovely people. 10/10

Went above and beyond my expectations when I requested a little change here, time wasn't an issue for them. Cleaned up the mess, even when it got late, no they did it. Contact with Smartway throughout the process of boiler and insulation fitting was constant and now even after completion ongoing, though there are no issues. So glad I chose this company

United Kingdom | 26 January 2025Didn’t get the boiler they said everything was done well apart from when the gas engineer left the boiler was banging and the kitchen radiator hadn’t been drained or a new rRTV replaced I asked to get the water now on the boiler I was told to do it myself I am 65 with barely use of my hands phoned and phoned and said I will have to pay 50 pound for some one to come out they said they would repay me knowing fine well no one will do this less than a 100 to come out still no RYV I made the mistake of using someone from a long way from my home I didn’t realise this so I am grateful for the boiler but the after care has been really disappointing and sad really and didn’t get the boiler I was told I would

Ramzan took the time to explain to us how the smart meter works and he didn't go until the house had hot water .

United Kingdom | 20 December 2024The after care is terrible. I had a boiler and loft insulation done and there was damage to my ceiling a broken bed and bedding ruined to another room . I contacted them and was told it would all be resolved . I waited nothing . I put a review on and was asked by company if I would take it down and they promised to sort out the ceiling and compensation for the bed and bedding. Twice I've waited all day for someone to come and fix the ceiling now , no one is picking up the phone. Mite I add when I mentioned to a so called manager about what would happen about the bed and bedding he laughed and said you got to understand there may be some damage. Even though I had been told at the beginning that they would sort it all . He finished the call with Happy Christmas and put the phone down . This did not run smoothly for me. I'm afraid the ofgem echo4 complaints department is my next call to report my experience and try and resolve this.

They worked so hard and tidied up each day… the house was filled with her furniture and they worked around her and were just THE BEST … cannot thank them enough 👍 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

For me to ring them and be told that sorry we rang the wrong person and I wouldn’t get a grant. Took the day off work. Very disappointing and unprofessional outfit.
