Immer Probleme gehabt wenn es um den Widerruf geht. Habe für mich festgestellt, dass ich mir das nicht länger antun mag und bestelle mittlerweile bei der Konkurrenz.

Worst customer experience from any online store period. Ordered from there and had records arrive very late, also had friends who have had bad experience.

1 star is generous at this point. Good luck trying to get a refund from them. I have spent a lot here. And wont be going back! If they even treat their regulars like garbage. I don't know how they will last in this 'game'. Its exactly how they treat it.

Alle gelieferten Platten kamen mit beschädigten Covern an. Habe dies reklamiert, als Antwort kam: Betrag wird gutgeschrieben. Ich wollte lediglich die Ware gegen unbeschädigte tauschen, welche noch zum Teil lieferbar war. Dieses Recht wurde mir verwehrt! Antwort von Frau Wolf "wir behandeln solche Fälle mit den von mir angebotenen Möglichkeiten." Danke, dies ist wohl der schlechteste Vinyl Shop ever. Auf weiteren Kauf werde ich nun fortan verzichten.

I have ordered over 500 records from deejay.de and of those 2 have been warped, and offered to be replaced. Packaging is always superb, and shipping is quick. I like that i can store my vinyl collection and download it as CSV, the tools for managing an order is also really nice and easy to use with many options.

I made a purchase of several discs. and two arrived crooked. I told them in advance to test the records, as it is a store with a lot of negative reviews. I received the crooked discs, I complained to them via email, and they told me that the discs may be crooked there is a tolerance. I filed a complaint with PayPal and will have to send the discs all back to return the full money to me. horrible store. be careful

I wanted to order one record. I ordered a €50 voucher by mistake. They said they couldn't cancel the voucher so I tried to order 4 copies of the record I wanted so I could spend it all (I have friends who would probably buy the other 3 from me). When I tried to redeem the voucher, it didn't work so I told them and they said I had already redeemed the voucher. This is not true. Update: After I contacted them through Paypal, I am pleased to say that they refunded my money.

terrible customer service , i was ordered a record from them they didn't send it to me for 20 days , then when a ask them check my payment they said you need to check out your order bz its still in your card but i already pay for this order and send them receipt

I used many online sites for buying vinyl and Deejay.de is by far the best. It keeps your vinyl library which you easily export and it has all the newest records I am after. Shipping is also great and customer service as well, which I had to use when a record was skipping. Only happend once and I am currently well over 300 records I bought from them.

2 commandes passé sans soucis , et la dernière catastrophique. Ups n a pas pu me livrer sûrement à cause d un bug informatique car le colis est resté bloqué dans leurs entrepôts. Ups indique sur le suivi que le numéro de rue est incorrect alors qu ils ont déjà livrer mes deux commandes précédente à cette même adresse. Du fait , le colis repart chez Deejay.de et maintenant il me réclame 19,80€ pour me renvoyer la même commande que j ai déjà payé. Hallucinant ! J ai jamais vu ceci, jai signalé le problème plusieurs fois mais apparemment ils attende le remboursement de UPS ( Dans un an ou jamais) pour me renvoyer ma commande . Obligé d ouvrir un litige PayPal , plus réclamation car ils ne répondent pas.

buyers beware!!! i ordered an lp from this store to give it a chance for their ultra strong packaging as advertised on various social media platforms but what i received at the end was a badly damaged lp cover shipped in an ultra-thin, flimsy package without even any added protection!!! what is worse, instead of fixing the problem asap, they blamed the post for the damage, asking me to provide proof of the damage from my local post office!!! (what?!??) (helloo??? this damage is YOUR responsibility for not using that strong box that you pride yourselves with !!! ) please dont tell me “but we never had any problems before..”. there’s ALWAYS a risk of damage if you don’t ship the order in the best possible way!! of course i didnt take the hassle and had to accept the 20% refund they offered for a terribly damaged cover!!! i couldn’t reach the main responsible Sophia either and had to deal with a trainee! they dont even know the type of packaging to use for int’l shipments !!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Customer service is awful, rude and unresponsive. This was one of the first time using Deejay.de - I frequently use Juno and Decks but thought I would give them a chance - My order went missing within a few days after being sent (it was air shipment advertised as 1-2 day delivery time). After raising this up, they advise actual delivery time can be up to 10 days (I'm not sure it says this anywhere on the website, if so then it is not clear to see). They stated that I would have to wait this whole time and do nothing. Other record companies would deal with the courier themselves and reissue or refund you for the order, not here. I'm still waiting for an answer or a proposal for a conclusion of the situation. I'm not confident I'm going to get all of my money back or even any of it. The service is rude and unhelpful. I've purchased from a wide variety of record shops, their staff are friendly, polite and helpful - they want resolve situations for you. This is by the far the worst experience, not only from music shops, but from a lot of shops in general, that I have every experienced. As a result of this I'll never use the shop again, even if they're the only one stocking the item. Not interested, not if you run the risk of being left out of pocket because of incompetence elsewhere. Sure, deliveries more often than not run smoothly, that's a given, but when things go wrong that's when you understand the true nature of a company, and in this case it is clear that it is not very morally grounded and their only concern is protecting their bottom line.

Horror shop. Once you order and not all articles are available you get constant e-mail updates. But you cannot delete any article from you virtual basket nor it is possible to reach the Costumer support via mail or phone. Even if you want to make changes to your account, only your order is processed (there is a page to enter paying details, otherwice you cannot proceed to your data sheet). This is stupid, guys. If you want money so desperate, don't sell records, please!
