I had the biggest problems with another translation company so I switched to Nordictrans. I can't thank them enough for their fast services for uncommon languages like Icelandic and Flemish!

On behalf of WCE: A truly lamentable service. An awful, awful service. They agreed to deliver two texts on a Wednesday – that same afternoon, we write to check they’re still on schedule. No reply. 3 am the following day we get a message sending one translation and explaining they don’t have an available translator for the other language. Hmm… Miraculously though (and after our paying someone else to take this on) by 8 am a ‘proofed’ translation arrived in our inbox. So two people in Scandinavia (translator and proofreader) clearly suffer from insomnia. Sadly, much like the first translation, this one also contained errors. Basically, from how NordicTrans explained it, they stick a job in a translator portal and their flock of translators takes it on if it interests them. Seems to be no matching up skillsets with the nature of the translation – just volume-based and the result is the churning out of (in the best case scenario) bog average texts. Also, they require upfront payment – never a good sign… Amusingly, when declining to make a partial refund, they wrote: "We do hoe to work together in the future." So got to give them five stars for their sense of humour. In essence, they talk a good game but they are truly awful. Only AP Portugal can give them a run for their money in terms of incompetence, errors, poor project management, and BS. Steer clear. And if you try them, don’t say I didn’t warn you…

We used them to perform translation into Icelandic. It was a text for EMA registration. The text was totally unusable and rejected by the authorities. We then had to pay a second person to revise the text completely and told them about this and sent the revised text as evidence for them to speak to their writer.. They have totally ignored all our correspondence - no wonder they ask for payment in advance. To be avoided.

We had three rather large documents to translate from English to Danish and needed someone that knows how to work with Trados. 2. NordicTrans was fast and the translation is of great quality according to our Danish partner. Very professional. Great customer service and I experience good translation quality and fast delivery 3. I am very impressed with their service. The delivered my certified translation from Danish into English the same day!

I needed certified translation for immigration and Nordic had the lowest rates. They did it for me in a day and uscis accepted it. Good and affordable service.
