A really excellent and professional service. I have 'produced' my professional website twice with dismal results. I knew what I wanted and the team at Toolkit made it happen. Nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to work at my pace. I have been really impressed and have asked them to work on a website for a work project as well. I received quotes ranging from half of what toolkit quoted to ten times the amount which struck me as excessive. What attracted me to toolkit was their willingness to work flexibly and the collection of very impressive websites in their portfolio. I have not been disappointed and can only recommend them.

From start to finish the service was great they listened to what I was looking for and delivered just that. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful and being able to do it all over the phone and emails was ideal for me.

From initial enquiry, through to going live, the team were very polite, helpful and organised. The biggest plus for us as a company is that, since going live, the team have been in regular contact to see if they can help boost our online presence etc and you don't get many services today that do that, most take your money and take forever to get a hold of!! Our web designer, Lanara, was excellent. We thought we knew what we wanted, but then seeing certain designs/layout, we realised we didn't quite want that. The unlimited design changes were therefore extremely useful as it enabled us to keep tweaking the designs and site until we were 100% happy. Lanara was prompt with her responses and came up with great ideas for us to look at when we weren't sure about things. Overall a fantastic company with great, attentive staff. Also, priced extremely reasonably. Would highly recommend.

I am not one to normally get involved in this type of supplier rating. In this case however I will make an exception. This was the second new webpage I have required these last few years and I am happy comparing the two experiences.....in truth and in reality though - No comparison !! Toolkit Websites assisted in the design of my business logo and went on to design and build my website for Paws2Walk. They work as a real team and their service is professional and slick. I completed an online request for assistance building a web site using a broker style Company. Within literally one minute of hitting send I received a phone call from Toolkit Websites. They were very professional and seemed to know exactly what I wanted straight away. I don't have much time nor skill in the tech department so the service that I received was personal but proactive enough to allow me the comfort to know that I had an input but things would be done. The price quoted on my initial phone call was the the price that I paid and the time scale exact. I couldn't be happier with my new website, simple yet effective.
