I didn't make a purchase. The product I wanted cost £4.90 but you then slapped on £25 postage. No Go as far as I'm concerned.

I first looked on the Website and found the products I wanted although when I went through to the Checkout there was a £25 Shipping Fee added to the Total Amount which for 4 Handrail Brackets I thought was a little on the steep side. I rang and spoke to a gentleman in their office who was extremely helpful and he explained that the £25 was just to cover larger orders and advised for smaller orders it would be around £9.50. My order was taken over the phone and my Brackets arrived the following morning. They are very high quality and seem well made. I would have no problem recommending Glass & Stainless Ltd. to a friend
