Very disappointed in the deep wrinkle repair product. I purchased 4 vials and used it daily for 4 months hoping for a good result. There was no improvement and customer service told me I had to call within 60 days of purchase. I used it for 4 months and was told there was no refund because I called after the 60 days period. Extremely disappointed!a

I purchased their rapid lift advance and right away had an issue. Placed the cap in the ON position but nothing came out? Took the who top off to se if maybe it had a seal but nothing so tried and tried but nothing so just put some on my neck with my fingers then used the roller, but nothing prepared me for what came next! My neck looked dry, flanking and with white residue in some areas! Horrible! I took several pictures of results but there’s no place to attach them here of course.

I recently had a deeply frustrating experience with Beverly Hills MD's customer service and transaction process that left me feeling undervalued and scammed. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and support and the unreliability of their fulfillment and billing system. I placed an order almost two months ago, only to find out it was cancelled without any notification and without issuing a refund to my credit card. After waiting two months for my order, which never arrived, I decided to follow up on the status of my order. The first representative I spoke with was polite but accidentally disconnected while she was researching my issue. When I spoke to a second representative, however, the experience took a turn for the worse. She was rude and insisted that my order was cancelled due to a declined credit card, despite the fact that I had received a confirmation number. If my card had actually been declined, why was the transaction showing on my statement? She would not even look into it and insisted the payment never went through. I felt like I was being treated as if I were at fault for not being able to afford my purchases, making me feel almost like a victim of an internet scam. Additionally, before my call, my account noted "Fulfillment pending," but after my second call, it simply stated that my order was cancelled. I had to contact my credit card company for assistance, and they will take matters into their own hands.

I went to use my email and when I type it in it says “On Behalf of Beverly Hills, MD” Stop using my email to send to other people and take your name off my email on behalf of yourself!!!!!!!

I purchased their Rapid Lift Advanced Neck Serum. I tried the product several times, and each time varying the quantity I applied as it was leaving a flaky film on my skin which I needed to wash off. I have queried this with the company and asked for advice. No reply. I gave them another chance to reply when I asked for their money back guarantee. No reply. I replied to one of their email campaigns asking for a reply to my previous emails. No reply. Judging from my experience I would not recommend this company.

I’m continually besieged by this company where, for example on Facebook, they show a pic of an at home technique for various wrinkle removals, but when you hit the button to watch the video, it takes you to their company where they push their products on you.

I ordered 3 tubes of the deep wrinkle filler cream at $39 each to use on my face just around my eyes and upper lip. I could definitely see an improvement especially around my eyes. But unfortunately one tube/syringe only lasted 8 days. There appeared to still be some of the product left in the tube so I cut it open and scraped out enough for 4 more days. So one tube lasted for 12 days. I emailed customer service asking how long one tube was supposed to last and was told that it should last 30 to 45 days. Nope. It lasted 12 days and I used it sparingly only around my eyes and upper lip. Maybe the tube was defective. Nope. I have now used all 3 of the tubes and each one lasted exactly 8 days with a little bit of cream still left in the tubes that I again cut open and got 3-4 more days worth. So I guess you need 4 tubes to last 30 days, at $39 each, comes to $160 for a one-month supply. If one tube would have actually lasted 30 days, I would definitely be getting more but not 4 tubes a month. I loved the product but will not be ordering any more due to the inadequate amount of filler in each tube. Buyer beware.

I have been using resurface and restore for a few months now. I am 72 years old and my skin was feeling rough and dry. Liveless. The resurface and restore has improved the surface of my skin. It now feels soft and fresh. I am still an older adult with the usual aging issues, but many of the small flaws and discolorations have disappeared. Love the youth vitamins, the face cream was tough at first, has an "old shelf" smell, not sure if thats normal or if I rcvd an old batch, Face cream not my favorite dang it! Do really like the crepy skin creme for my neck and arms. Seems to be working along with the vitamins. Would like to try a New batch of the face creme but dont dare purchase it again.

I found a complication whereby the delivery company took my products to the wrong address…. As I was waiting and waiting patiently. Then I phoned to say i hadn’t got my order and the replacement was sent immediately. It still took a while,(I’m in Alberta), but finally it was delivered. Phewf. I was so relieved and just more recently started the products, which i love so far but amother 2 weeks and I could give a more honest opinion…. Thanks. I love that the face cream is light and seems to blend in nicely without me feeling it heavy or ‘extra’ 😉 I am really enjoying it!! 😁
