new to insurance of this nature, D.I's representative, Shakira, walked me through all aspects, and answered all my questions in a professional and friendly manner. Naturally being to cover funeral expenses etc, I'm not anxious to test drive my policy for years, but it's a comfort to know that things like cremation and lawyer's retainers will be accounted for.

I found Joseph very easy to communicate with. He was explained everything to me which was really good and gave me the contact details and also at the end the policy number very pleasant person to talk to and I understood everything thing that he was explaining to me. Good employee.
