Terrible results. I have been paying 200$ a month to put my page on the 1st page of Google, sounds great, and they did, but all the way at the bottom. In 3 months I've gotten zero calls. None. Don't waste your time and money. Avoid this business.

I have to say I was working with 2 other companies to place me on googles first page, I worked over 6 months with them and nothing happened. I was contact by Sam Williams from quality resource he explained to me like the 2 previous companies did that in 30 days my key word would be on the first page. I was skeptical since I was lied to before. But I decided to give Sam a chance, so I did. I have to say I don’t regret it. Him and his team delivered where the other 2 companies failed. Update: 5/1/23 This company just called me to ask for me to pull down my review and that they will send me my money they owe me once the review is removed. It’s been over four months and they said they still have not figured out a way to return The stolen money. This review is for qualityresourcellc which also goes by Citylocalpro, Citylocal101 and QRG. Several months ago I realized citylocalpro had double and triple charged me each month over a period of 14 months. I get accidents could happen, but I spoke with 4 different persons at this company, 2 of which claimed they were managers and no one seemed concerned on how this could happen. Nor did I receive an apology, only that they said they would get my money back to me. I can only assume it's company policy. It has been 8 weeks since they've been "working on it" (which is what I get every week) and they still have not returned my money. I'm sure they will disregard this review as they have the other poor reviews. And I will say, my experience has been the same as the other 1 star reviewers. I hired this company to develop landing pages and use keywords to have me show up first on google. The verbiage of these pages were written as if English was not their first language. I had to work with them for 2 weeks to get the wording to sound normal. Furthermore, the keyword phrases they have me ranked first on are not even relevant. You can search the top keywords on google for your services. I've been asking for specific keywords and I keep getting "we'll work on it". Invest your money elsewhere or keep a close eye on what you’re paying. I wish I could post evidence here to help others. DO YOUR HOMEWORK! I’ve called about a dozen companies posted on their website posted as customers and most of these are nonexistent. The phone numbers either do not go through or the website is nonexistent or the company has changed. I did reach through to one guy that said that he hired city local pro to do marketing for four months and they did not generate any revenue for him. This company does not seem legit!

Got a good laugh out of them at least. The clown that called my family’s company told me “You’re just a receptionist. Do your job and transfer me.” along with a few other pleasant sentences. Informed him I’m actually the business owners’ child in some not so pleasant words. Any 5 star review on here are absolutely fake. Considered giving them 2 stars just for the humor factor of the clown shows they’ve got calling out. Based on looking at other real reviews they’ll likely try to mark this one as fake which only makes this funnier. Update: As predicted they’re flagging this review because it is in fact genuine and they know it. Asking for extra details such as a reference number when that obviously wouldn’t exist from a simple spam call gone south.
