Horrible services Lost entire year with them I signed contract with them last year to be first first on first page all cities inside 15 miles radius from my zip code, also paid them to rank website and 8 months later I’m not on first page , website rank is close to zero Google my bussines has only 10-15 cities first page out of 43 I gave them much time as much to make it work They said it would take 3 months and has been 8 months or so Worse company ever I regret to work with them I tried the first time , horrible and I was dumb enough to try the second time The contract says money back if we don’t bring to first page in 3 months something like that Money back guarantee and now they won’t refund me Stay away from them Jay is nice guy , but services is horrible I got zero return in 8 months Website rank is like zero My GMB is horrible Stay away from them I can’t reply to what they said but I’ll write here Services wasn’t done , I have Text messages since day one to show it You guys didn’t do what i paid for I paid to be first page Google top 3 all cities inside 15 miles and I’m not , there is 40+ cities I might be in 10-15 cities if Also website ranking is close to zero I tried to work with you guys twice Second time was the worse: Because of you guys I lost entire busy season (summer) no traffic at all on my website maybe 20-25 visit per month Calls? Almost nothing Lots of months I only got 2 calls from my Google listing You guys are horrible I don’t recommend it to nobody The worse is that you guyed keep lying This make it worse. Again, Danial, the owner says one thing and does nothing. Unfortunate as he is a nice guy but this is business and I have only gotten only one job in 14 months from Quality resource . Well, not certain where to begin but this company is absolutely the worst. I have worked with them since 10-22 and have received 3 calls due to their advertising and SEO work. I spend 400 a month and then alot of extra charges for things sold to me which never transpired. I paid for a website,$1500, which is not alot but that was almost 8 months ago and still nothing Quality Resource group is just a sales company and then outsources any SEO work they do to whomever is computer savvy or THINKS they are computer savvy. I was paired with 3 women technicians which Nancy was only one whom did any work. the others were completely rude and unschooled and trained in how to help the client,(me). Now the owner Danial, took over the account and still nothing got done EXCEPT reversing a $200 overcharge which he did do. I have tried my best to stick it out but now I feel tottaly taken advantage of. Get everything in writing folks otherwise you will be sorry. I worked with Anthony Cooper from Quality Resource llc on and off for the past 3 years. They had good results at one time but they began to slack. My landing pages and my GMB disappeared, could not find anywhere near the 3 pack. So I moved on to other places that really didn't come through for me. I returned to Quality Resource for 4 months and same thing happened. Nowhere to be found on Google maps I was ranking in the 20's on gmb. So I fired them again. This time Anthony had placed himself as owner of my GMB and when I confronted him, he changed it to him principle owner and me part time. Since I asked him to fix thus , he knew that I was letting him go again. So he fixed my Google my business, but rearanged my settings he took out my phone number out of spite and customers couldn't call me. They were only able to request a quote. I will call his manager and make sure this is brought to his attention. Don't make the same mistake I did. I trusted Anthony to much and for this reason I will let everyone know what he did to my GMB. Thank you Do business at your own risk. And when you end your business relationship, make sure you go into your g. M. B. And verify that they did not sabotage it.
