After attending "A Place in the Sun" exhibition in Birmingham last October, where we spoke to Mark from Easyads Estate Agents, we registered our interest in purchasing a property in Costa Blanca South with them. It wasn't long before Misa rang us to introduce himself and confirm our preferences of what we were looking for in our Spanish holiday home. He was very helpful, providing useful information on different properties and even printed off maps, bus routes and available properties to view. Misa met up with us at our accommodation on Monday morning and took us on a tour of the Orihuela Costa to point out various landmarks then proceeded to take us on four viewings of which we really liked the fourth one. We had a lovely relaxed lunch and a good discussion and Misa was really easy to get on with. On Tuesday Misa picked us up again and took us for a second viewing and we definitely knew that it was the property for us. We could not believe that Misa had found us such a perfect apartment that ticked every box on our wish list. Misa was the perfect gentleman and very professional, he went above and beyond his duties by picking us up and taking us to our solicitors on the Wednesday morning and he even offered to take us shopping. He could not do enough to help us in our quest to find our ideal property. We have found a friend for life and will meet up with him next time we are over in Spain to pick up our keys. We have just returned from our first trip to our apartment we purchased with the team at La Zenia. It was a pleasure and a very good experience that we had, the team have really been behind us with our purchase. David was exceptional with his service and communication throughout the whole process. A very knowledgeable and friendly man who we now consider a friend, nothing was any trouble. We also would like to mention the brilliant Paola, who assisted us through all the legal side of making our dream come true. She has been an absolute rock for us, explaining all the legalities in detail and keeping us updated on every step of the process from day one, from acquiring our NIE numbers to the final completion. Onlangs hebben we via Steve een vakantiewoning in Spanje gekocht. Hij heeft ons heel goed begeleid in de bezoeken, en hij zocht zelf ook nog mee naar panden. I would just like to say the service we received from Russel while searching for our new home was second to none. From day one he he was very professional and patient as he was aware this was our final home and by the end he knew which villas we liked and which we did not. When we finally found our forever home he was always available if we had any issues, which we did have a few with the seller but Russel was always at the end of the phone and would always try solve any issues and always kept in touch to make sure issues were solved. I first met Mark from Easyads at the A Place In The Sun exhibition in Manchester in 2019. I kept getting approached by pushy people who were trying to get my interest in whatever properties they were selling. Then I came across Mark who really listened to my requirements and explained the Easyads "all under one umbrella" approach. I also discovered how much more you can get for your money in the South Costa Blanca region as opposed to the Costa Del Sol, with easy public transport from the airport if required. Due to various factors I was only able to fly out on an inspection trip in July 2020 but in the meantime Mark kept me in the loop of the situation in Spain by regular phone calls. When I did manage to fly out for my inspection trip it was everything I expected and more. Taxis to and from the airport, as many properties as I wanted to visit - some from my own research and some from his as he knew what I wanted and equally what I didn't want. I had delicious meals each day with no pressure from Mark to settle on any particular property. When I did find the right property Mark seemed as delighted as I did with the property and price that he managed to obtain. I then got taken to the Easyads office to meet others in their team should I wish to take advantage of their management service. I have no hesitation I recommending Mark and the other members of the Easyads team that I met who gave me outstanding service throughout a fairly lengthy process

From the first time we opened the door to the office to the completion of the sale this was a very enjoyable and painless process. We were walk ins after seeing a property on a board outside the office. We were greeted in a very friendly manner by the lovely Wendy Gould who talked us through the company's processes and took our details and asked us what we were looking for. Misa Pavlovic who, as it happened, had the unenviable task of taking us out in a one in a hundred year storm came and joined us at the table. Over the next few days we were shown properties covering every aspect of what we were looking for until we found the one that combined them all. Nothing was too much trouble for Misa and the team. Once we had decided on the property the finance side of the company was introduced to us. You may be advised to use independent agencies from the estate agents but we found this to be totally unnecessary Paola and her team were fantastic. The process from start to finish was very professional. As I have mentioned this was the week that brought the worst storms and flooding for a hundred years to the area so when all and sundry were shutting up shop and running for the hills Misa and Wendy helped us out. Now we are up and running. I Hope to have a sale in due course. Paid 999 euros in advance because of the above and hope to review the sale in due course.
