I can safely say the bed was stunning and arguably the best we have ever had. The headboard was made as split as per our request which was a great decision to go by I must say haha otherwise it wouldn't have gone upstairs. All in all an excellent experience and one of the best customer services I have come across in a while.

I recently purchased a fantastic sofa from this company and I couldn't be more happier with it. The sofa is amazing and extremely comfortable. Our new sofa is just perfect. I'm so glad I went ahead with this company. The fabric we choose Steel Plush has such a nice feel and finish to it. Lucy kept me updated throughout the process. I'd recommend getting the fabric samples as they really help with decision making. Highly recommended.

Ordered a sofa which got delivered last week and I must say I'm thoroughly impressed by it. The feel and build quality is fantastic and so comfy. Just received my bed from Snoozyble. The ordering process was seamless and the communication was spot on. All my emails were replied to very promptly and everything went as it should have. Very excited to finally get to lay in our beautiful new bed tonight. It looks lovely and I can tell it would feel amazing as well.

It was such a lovely bed and very well made. The color the fabric and the overall look and feel of the bed looks absolutely gorgeous. Really happy with the purchase and how the entire experience went. Delivery was quick and without any issues. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Easy to use website and an amazing experience we have had with this company. The quality of the bed is second to none and I would say arguably the best we have ever had. Delivery times were perfect as it suited out schedule too Would recommend.

Sadly wouldn’t recommended this company to anyone. The website advertises the delivery would be within 5-10 days from order. It was actually 28. And that wasn’t even the worst part. Communications to me weren’t proactive and I had to ring to get any sort of information. The phone wasn’t always answered and it often took 3/4 attempts to actually get a call answered. Eventually when I spoke to them I was told the delivery would be on 3rd Feb and I would hear from the courier regarding my delivery slot on the morning of delivery. I was astounded that the delivery team messaged me the day of delivery with a delivery time of 19:30-21:30 with no prior notice it would/could be this late. The website actually says “you will be contacted by a member of our team to discuss a delivery day and 4-hour slot that suits our delivery schedule, van capacity & availability in your local area and your availability to receive the order.” There was absolutely no consideration for my availability to receive the order at such a time. It also states that “Deliveries are typically completed Monday to Sunday, 7am to 8pm, excluding Bank Holidays. In all cases, delivery date and time will be agreed with you beforehad”. I absolutely was not able to agree a time!! This delivery also involved manufacture of the bed too. I rang the courier at 19:30 to get an update of time to which I was informed 21:00. That time, came and went without any sign of them. They eventually arrived at 21:26. They didn’t complete the build until gone 22:00! Who wants a toddler bed building at 22:00 in the evening?! Whilst a toddler is asleep in bed!! I actually felt sorry for the delivery men too as they knew it wasn’t a reasonable time. I also showed them the website content re deliveries which shocked them. Completely terrible customer service arranging such deliveries at that time without any prior consultation with the customer. I’m sure there are more suitable bed providers out there and would advise people to look at alternative providers who offer a more informative order process and a sensible delivery time to avoid the hassle I had.

Such an outstanding and amazing quality. We've been eyeing a bed on their website for a while now and finally took the plunge last month. It was delivered within a good time frame and the entire experience has been nothing short of amazing. Really pleased and will be highly recommending this company to friends and family

Purchased two Mayfair kids beds for my daughters. They were delivered last week and they look absolutely fantastic. Communication was perfect. All issues were dealt with excellently and I am overall happy with the bed and service.

Good sized fabric samples delivered compared to other companies. They had excellent communication throughout and speedy delivery as well. The delivery drivers did a great job delivering and assembling this bed and once erect it looks absolutely fantastic.

The bed is amazing and exactly as described. Delivery was quick and easy and the delivery team also installed it for us at the time of delivery which was amazing. I would absolutely be buying from here again and recommend them to others.

I had such a wonderful experience with Snoozyble. I requested swatches which came promptly and it was so helpful having them in hand whilst making our purchase. When I placed my order I received a call the next day discussing my order details and confirming everything was correct. I was provided with a delivery date just two weeks in which was excellent. The delivery process was seamless, the drivers were incredibly polite even removing their shoes before entering. From start to finish, their communication and service were impeccable. The bed itself is exactly what I wanted, with amazing quality. I genuinely cannot recommend Snoozyble enough.

From placing my order to having it delivered to us my experience with snoozyble has been seamless. The quality is fantastic and the delivery guys were really good and friendly. I normally don't leave reviews but seeing the product quality and service received from Snoozyble I had to. The bed is very sturdy and it's a solid build. We opted for the ottoman gas lift storage version which has loads of space underneath. Really happy we went for that option. Delivery was quick and easy and they set it up perfectly for us.
