This is the first time I have been compelled to give a review on an estate agent. Buying/selling a home can be VERY stressful but I can honestly say that the service I received from Mr Khan at Brian Thomas in Seven Kings was exception. I cannot sing his praises enough; when firm, professional assertiveness was needed he was there. When there were any slowdowns in the process he was on phone/emailing the relevant parties before I had a chance to ask him to! Great from start to finish - I was highly satisfied with the service received, and will be recommending this Estate Agent to my friends and family. Thank you.

I used Brian Thomas to deal with the sale of my home and the purchase of my new property. The service was outstanding from the beginning when viewing properties to closing the deal, making sure everything went smoothly with every part of the sale and purchase of my new home. The staff, especially Amaal; were very professional and friendly. They always made me feel very welcome when i visited the office. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

The agency have been very nice to me with prompt responses on issues, and have very good maintenance track record. However, there was a delay with maintenance of an appliance where I was told it was not covered in the maintenance as part of lease, which was not the case. This was resolved later, thanks to the agent for resolving this.
