First time customer. Unbelievable service. I ordered at 2.10pm and received a confirmation e-mail immediately. At 2.30pm I received another e-mail confirming the items had been posted!! It took only 20 mins approx and the large parcel of items arrived the next day. The parcel was well packaged and no issues at all. You can't ask for anything more efficient than that.
