I have paid for my order $155. I have not received any products. I have emailed them 4 times. No reply. The CTT EMS show’s products delivered to someone in Portugal. And I live in Qatar. I did not receive anything. Huge scam

I was looking for an online shop that sells Skin Ceuticals and Caudalie products that ship to Japan and came across Cosmetis. I was bit weary ordering from them as I’ve never heard of the shop before. Nonetheless, I placed an order and the products arrived. I was disappointed when I received the Skin Ceuticals serum packaging dirty and damaged. I was even more shocked to find the serum was only 70% full although it was sealed. I immediately contacted Cosmetis customer service to request for an exchange along with photos of the damaged product and was issued a full refund without having to return the item. I am very satisfied with customer service and the prompt action they have taken to address the issue. I have ordered from Cosmetis twice afterwards.

A encomenda demorou apenas 2 dias a chegar. Embalagem em cartão, com tamanho ajustado ao conteúdo sem grandes desperdícios. Sem amostras (mas prefiro não receber amostras do que receber amostras de produtos que não vou utilizar). Tudo impecável. Estou muito satisfeita.

Apesar de algumas reviews menos positivas por aí, resolvi arriscar devido ao bom preço e correu na perfeição. A encomenda de 3 cremes chegou ao fim de 3 dias a Lisboa. A demora em algumas entregas provavelmente será por falta de stock temporário, pela elevada procura, e depois falhem na comunicação com o cliente.

i have received only half the products in my order, sent mail mentioning the same, sent reminder, nobody replies. at the end i lost the money by for paying for the products. order number was 406000009241. it took two weeks for them to pack the items, and finally when i got the order, many items were missings, one product was leaking. Update - Cosmetis has resolved the issue I faced with the order. Thank you for taking the accountability. definitely deserves a 5* for that

I made an order a couple months ago, they didn't do the paperwork necessary for it to go through customs so it got stuck and I couldn't do anything about it... I tried to contact them directly multiple times but they never answered. In the end, I had to go through Paypal to open a litigious case on the transaction. The resolution process lasted more than a month and in the end they apparently gave paypal a proof of delivery ... I never saw the package or products ... SCAM!

Placed an order with Cosmetis- They deposited my money but did not send me my order- I have sent 6 e-mails to Cosmetis asking where my order is? Asking them to contact me- today I checked again at the post office and they have received nothing from them- I e-mailed again today and they have not responded- I believe I have scammed!

Pior loja online de sempre! Não têm atendimento telefónico, os chatbots são inúteis e nunca respondem aos emails. Efetuei uma encomenda no dia 1 Fevereiro e recebi-a hoje, mesmo após ter enviado vários emails a pedir o seu cancelamento. Incompetência total!

I have ordered these products twice on different occasions and both times the order arrived promptly and well-packed. I am very happy. Use Royal Mail - the country's postal service rather than a courier; as I think customers that try a faster delivery service where it then goes to a courier that has delivery problems. . Delivery via Portuguese and British Royal Mail was within 7 days one order and 8 days another order. I am very happy. Thank you

No passado dia 4 fiz uma encomenda que deveria ser entregue no prazo maximo de 72h. Nada recebi e nao recebi nenhuma informação, nem resposta a email

O atendimento via telefone está fechado, não respondem aos emails, o chat online é sempre a mesma pessoa e nunca responde, fiz a minha encomenda à quase 1 mês e não recebi nenhuma atualização e resposta apenas que estava à espera de ser aceite na transportadora.

Nota Zero Recebi uma mensagem dizendo que minha compra foi cancelada e o reembolso é menor do que eu paguei via boleto aprovada pelo banco . Eu não pedi o cancelamento ! Não entendi o que aconteceu .não consigo entrar na minha conta Cosmetics

Products arrived quickly and were well packaged. I saw a few negative comments before ordering and was a bit worried but everything went well! It's easy to use their website and their products also have good prices.
