I ordered some samples which were dispatched promptly, but unfortunately none were suitable. Whilst searching for an alternative I clicked live help and was immediately greeted by Chris, he gave me some excellent advice and promptly pointed me in the right direction, very happy.

I made an on-line enquiry regarding purchase of a single plastic white 25mm grommet. These are normally sold in packets of 100. The on - line advisor suggested ordering a sample with no obligation to subsequently order a whole packet and he would send the sample out today. Really excellent service - I can highly recommend this Company and would definitely use them again!

Great Company - My order of various grommets was dealt with and dispatched quickly - received them next day. At a time when far too many manufacturers and suppliers are blaming Royal Mail, couriers and incoming materials for their appauling customer service, it was great to get a prompt initial response by email, and a pleasant follow up call to get the the payment done.
