Fabulous looking radiator only downgraded to 4 stars because it has chrome fixings when website advertised as colour matched. Contacted customer services who advised that this was an error and that it would be amended. Offered to replace or refund but I chose not to accept offer as installer was booked.

Good choice, good styles, excellent technical help and friendly supportive service. What more could you want?

Delivery was late over a week not next day. The instructions were ok but not as extensive as advertised. The tiny grub screws r so soft that all but one of the heads rounded and were difficult to remove

Slow responding, phoned me to say they didn't have radiator I ordered so I agreed to have alternative, Ended up receiving a damaged radiator that looked like a return because packaging was tampered with, too late to return as we had no choice to fit it with time constraints, No I didn't bother wasting any more of my time following up for a replacement, Will have to go back and replace it at my own cost at a later date. So much for being radiator specialist when they can't supply advertised stock and then no quality control when sending out tat. Poor service that is starting to be the norm in the construction materials supply industry.

I wasn't told when my item was despatched.then Good old Post office managed to loose it!! Took a fair time to get another sent which happily arrived ok, better to use Hermes etc, than 2nd class snail mail!! My plumber wasn't a happy bunny with the long wait

Radiator arrived exactly when promised, well packed, looks beautiful. I ordered the wrong valves and the exchange was easily and efficiently dealt with by Geyser.

Very helpful sales staff who were able to advise on the size and output of the radiators i needed for the room. They also took time to explain the different finishes available in the radiators available. Now fitted and working and very positive comments from family and friends on how good they look.

Geyser staff helpful and knowledgeable. After placing order for radiator, contacted them twice for information on available valves and installation advice and received prompt appropriate answers. Product looks superb and gives off plenty of heat.

Geyser Radiators was recommended to me by a friend, Im so glad they did. The staff are friendly and helpful, answer any questions you have as well as answering questions you hadn't thought off. Don't mind how many times you visit always greeted with a smile. The quality is second to none and looks brilliant, everybody who come in the room asks where I bought it, we made the right choice in radiator and Geyser.

Order was exactly as shown on website...no...it was better. Very impressed with product and with delivery. Radiator was installed a few days ago and made an immediate difference to room.

Delivery was quick but when we opened the box, although well packaged, some of the plastic fittings had broken off. They quickly sent replacements but some were the wrong type so had to resend which meant rebooking the plumber who was fitting it. Once up on the wall the radiator looks great.
