Truely beautiful, arrived just like the photo!

Really lovely collection, the reason I scored 4 star is that I was expecting a few more in the package for the price as I have seen a similar in John Lewis that are better value. Presentation though when arrived was lovely and would be great idea for a gift instead of fresh flowers.

Received an absolutely gorgeous bouquet as prize. Smells gorgeous, looks amazing, and it just completes our small multi use room in our flat, decor wise! So impressed I’ve paid it forward by buying one of their bouquets for my cousin. Highly recommend.

Flowers arrived with half of them too crushed to use - heavy handling by the postal service. Appreciation Project offered me a partial refund which I accepted, and seemed fair. The stems that did survive are lovely.

Absolutely love the mixture of neutral/brown tones with the pop of pink in the Sugar Blush bouquet! Extremely easy and fun to put together, and arrived very quickly after ordering.

Beautiful dried flowers that made the perfect 60th birthday gift! I can’t wait to treat myself to a brightly coloured bunch now. Only missing one star as the price for adding a gift card message could have been a little cheaper but not a problem. The quality of the flowers is amazing!

The vases are absolutely stunning; I ordered two, both are great additions to our house. Out of four bouquets, I've ordered 3 that are great, very beautiful and seem sturdy. Unfortunately, the fourth one wasn't great; most of the petals came off as I was taking the stems out of the packaging, and lavender had very little left on it after just unwrapping out of tissue paper. Don't get me wrong, no business is blip free, and I would assume it's just one of things because apart from a bit of upsetting lavender, everything else was absolutely gorgeous. I would particularly recommend hydrangea; I love to check it out In our living room, for no reason, just to appreciate the beauty of it.

Excellent service! Bought the Indian Summer arrangement as a birthday gift and the recipient loved them. She also loved the chance to be a florist for the day by getting to arrange them herself. Win win.
