Item was stated as in stock - no communication then advised delivery would not be for a month after order date this only advised after we chased them - requested order cancelled and requested refund - again no communication. Still waiting for refund. BXH - get your stock levels sorted on your website and improve communications.

I urgently needed an EMC filter as I had a noise problem and the kit was being shipped. BXH was the only supplier that could provide n the timespan. ordered on line informed regularly of progress. Now fitted problem solved.
