Downshire Caravans set out to repair a very badly damaged, damp floor in my touring caravan. They located and solved the source of the damp and ended up having to replace the whole floor-a daunting task! They did a wonderful job and kept me informed of their progress throughout, consulting where necessary regarding options and how I chose to proceed. I had absolute faith in their professionalism and integrity throughout a complex repair. The work was completed to a high standard and I can't praise them highly enough for the job they did. .it's like having a new caravan! Thoroughly recommended!

What to thank downshire Caravans pvc & windows.what an absolute transformation they did on my caravan.new windows pvc cladding & new pitch roof.also the guys that done the work were amazing nothing to much for them.even made my toilet & shower room windows bigger from small tiny ones.honeslty I cudnt have picked a better company to do the work for us.the guys were a pleasure to get to no never left as much as a bit of wood on are grass cleaned everything up after them.they cudnt be anymore helpful than they were.if I could give them 10 stars instead of 5 they would get them.honestly could not recommend these people enough and this company enough .thanyou you all so much from use.at the mill caravan site.

Excellent service from Lee and the team at Downshire. I had a warranty fault on Truma water heater which the local Swift main caravan dealers would not repair. Lee contacted Truma and carried out the warranty repair. I was kept informed at each stage of the process.

Great lads, I left it last minute to get a service and check, and fair play he squeezed me in, as they are very busy. Did a super job, kept me updated along the way, with texts, calls and video message of any area of repairs, all very professional, and easy location whether coming from north or south..

The team arrived and started work immediately and did not stop until job completed,the guys were very pleasant and cleaned all rubbish up and took away for disposal,would and have recommended them.

Excellent detailed caravan service from Lee and the team at Downshire. The guys carried out a full inspection, checking for safety and maintenance items, and replaced regulator and pigtail to make sure gas connection was high quality & safe. They also delivered the caravan for us to the storage facility! The guys were great to deal with, very responsive to messages & questions, and kept us informed throughout - would highly recommend!
