United Kingdom | 26 October 2020The service was generally flawless excepting that i received matt prints rather than the glossy i ordered. The ease of uploading of images, and the quick dispatch time was very welcome.

United Kingdom | 26 October 2020Loved my acrylic 30 x 30 cm wall art I had made up of my Cocker Spaniel. Had 3 made up to go together along a wall. So life like and bright. Have had many comments from visitors about them. Got with 50% off so even happy with price. Came very quickly. Would definetly use Jessops again

United Kingdom | 24 October 2020Ordered prints from Jessops and the order was delivered on time. However, all pictures had a few lines going across them. It is not possible to call their customer service and my emails were not answered. Finally, got in touch via the live chat option online and asked for photos to be reprinted. The new photos arrived and they looked the same: the lines were still there. This company used to be good but not anymore.

United Kingdom | 21 October 2020Bath shop. I had 2 orders printed, when I went to collect them Jessops missed half my photos. I rang the shop and spoke to a girl who posted them straight out to me. Great customer service from the the Bath shop.

United Kingdom | 21 October 2020Absolutely awful! They never sent the full order despite me trying twice to get them to print some 8x8 prints. They did refund the price of the photos they failed to send but wouldn't refund delivery so I ended up paying £3.50 for 50p worth of prints and now i have to reorder somewhere else and incur an additional delivery charge all because of their incompetence. I thought this was a trusted brand. Not anymore.

United Kingdom | 12 October 2020Submitted 3 individual orders on line for a large number of prints on 3-5 day service. After a week and no delivery tried to contact them but no response. A few day later the prints arrived however no care had been taken in keeping the orders separate, it was though they had shuffled the whole lot into a random order. Sat for a whole day and still haven’t got it sorted, it’s a total mess.

United Kingdom | 08 October 2020As Jessops is a well known name I thought I was ok to order my dearly deceased cat memory tile online. Unfortunately this tile ordered 11th of August, was never delivered. My money however was taken promptly and the order erased from my profile like it never existed as to make it more difficult to get a refund? Customer service did respond promptly, end of September, however then closed my ticket automatically after a few days with no action taken. Reply to keep the ticket open was not replied to. Meanwhile I was getting daily marketing emails and it was challenging to turn them off. Turn off marketing button in order screen says ‘login invalid’ while I am logged into my profile. I am very sad this company has taken such a turn for the worse. I do not care if it takes a while to produce a simple photo tile but this performance is below par even for Covid times. Update after receiving reply on my review: I gave one more star for replying to my review. Unfortunately you were not able to tell from your system I already asked PayPal for a refund and it was processed. As you did nothing to retain me as a customer, I placed my order with a different vendor. Update 2: After further communication I will give the service another go and hopefully will be able to upgrade the user experience soon.

United Kingdom | 03 October 2020I ordered a mini book and had issues with the print. The actual quality of the photos themselves are amazing and the fact that its layflat is great. However, the print of the book was misaligned leaving wonky white strips along corners of images. Got a replacement sent out and the same issue again. 2 months later i requested a refund because emails weren't getting a response and customer service wasn't the best with communication (chats deleted despite not being resolved etc).

United Kingdom | 06 September 2020Honestly, going by some of the reviews, I was expecting the worst. But as a run-of-the-mill shopper printing a load of old family photos and two photobooks, I have to say I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Jessops are linked up with Fujifilm and the quality of both the prints and the books was very good, well certainly good enough for a layman like me. I hear the company is on its last legs so I thought I may as well put in a good word, I otherwise wouldn't bother.

United Kingdom | 01 September 2020I ordered a print 10 days ago and have heard nothing since, other than daily spam from them with offers! Their customer services by phone is always closed, and having emailed them last week, I am still waiting for an answer. The order was placed online as a digital image to be printed - how hard can that be, even allowing for the covide situation. I have used printers on amazon and ebay since placing the order with Jessops, and they have turned them around in 48 hours. I read online that Jessops prints were good quality, which is not born out on this website. How on earth do they expect to stay in business when acting so ineptly? UPDATE Over two weeks now with no word: their telephone customer service seems permanently closed, and they have not replied to an email sent a week ago. They are still sending regular spam with offers on printing.

United Kingdom | 29 August 2020I ordered a photo wall tile as a leaving gift for a colleague. I was very disappionted with the finished product. The picture had been cropped taking off the top of the subject's head and the edges overlapped the frame. The photograph is coming away from the tile at the corner. I choose Jessops as they were a name I knew from the High Street. I will not be using them again.

United Kingdom | 18 August 2020Prints were such poor quality they are un-usable - green and red stripes running repeatedly across all prints. Impossible to get hold of customer service to receive a refund/ reprint as they won’t answer the phone or emails. More expensive than competitors, wish I hadn’t wasted my money as I will have to pay again somewhere else as I need those prints. Will never use Jessops again for anything and will be sure to sway anyone who mentions it not to either!

United Kingdom | 04 August 2020Honestly, never use Jessops for anything - be it purchasing equipment, getting things cleaned, printing photos any of it. I've given Jessops a go for all of these things because they seem convenient and because they're a big chain I always think they'll be more reliable. Nothing could be further from the truth! Photos come out wonky and poor quality, camera cleans are always terrible and don't get any of the dirt out, and they sold me a unusable camera body then refused to give a refund when I got it fixed at somewhere other than Jessops (I was abroad on a photoshoot so had to, and they shouldn't have sold it in that condition in the first place!). Terrible. Will never use them again.

United Kingdom | 03 August 2020When it comes to ordering and creating Photobooks, Jessops has probably the most amateurish website of its kind on the 'Net: no information at all about whether photobook preparation is online or using downloaded offline software. It's as if Jessops doesn't know what's expected of it. (Clearly, whoever wrote their website text is anything but knowledgable.) I tried to find out, but gave up. The company does not, because it cannot, have stores in every town in the UK yet its website idiotically plays up how you can call in at your local store and speak to a Jessops photo expert for help with your photobook. As if. Jessops should either re-think the way it's dealing with actual customers (TrustPilot reviews here are unimpressive) and potential customers (in my case, I've wasted a lot of time trying to find out information that Jessops should have provided up-front) or go back to selling cameras and lenses, which is what the company was good at way back when and maybe still is. If the business is indeed nowadays owned by a certain Dragon's Den celebrity, he himself might like to take a closer look at the shambles it has turned into.

United Kingdom | 29 July 2020Absolutely appalling service. I ordered some photos and they arrived in the post loose in a paper envelope and unsurprisingly damaged. Endless calls and emails later, emails are ignored and calls not followed up. Did not receive a resolution. Do not order photos from this company!!!

United Kingdom | 22 July 2020Poor quality prints, under exposed and for some weird reason 3:2 originals cropped on all 4 sides!! Trying to get a refund, but no response yet to emails. DON'T RISK IT!

United Kingdom | 22 July 2020I wish I had read reviews before sending my digital photos for printing to Jessops. Delivery was quick BUT the quality was POOR and despite emailing MANY times, I have not had a response. After one hour hanging on a phone line, I was told my message would be passed on. That was nearly a week ago and still no response.

United Kingdom | 22 July 2020Jessops are a terrible company I bought my son a camera for his GCSE coursework . After six weeks the camera broke. Jessops sent the camera away . After 8 phone calls to customer services and lots of emails, since 3rd March 2020, the camera was posted back to me today , 21/07/2020 . It is missing the battery charger and the lens, I cant even check if they have fixed the camera as it will not turn on . Only two shops are open and customer service are no longer answering the phones . Just a warning to any one thinking of buying from Jessops

United Kingdom | 20 July 2020Jessops Photo Printing. Submitted the files online. Delivery time was good. I thought I’d use a reputable high street brand to print our wedding photos but the prints were terrible and despite saying they would rectify the issue they didn’t reply to my complaint. The prints are unusable. Don’t use Jessops to print your photos.

United Kingdom | 18 July 2020I originally planned to use a different service but opted for Jessops. This was mainly due to the ability to upload from my computer where most of my photos are stored. If I had seen these reviews before my order, I might have made the extra effort to use the other service. However, I decided to wait and give Jessops a chance. While the photos did turn up quickly and are of great quality (this can vary as older photos naturally have less quality due to the cameras at that time and the size of the photos), I only gave 4 stars. This is primarily down to customer service. I never received a confirmation email from them of the order or an email when the items were dispatched (I did check that my email address is correct). I did also call in to see if I could cancel the order rather than suffer through possibly waiting a long time for my photos, the guy I spoke to came across unprofessional and I felt like I was wasting his time as though he had something better to do. An error I will admit on my part that I missed is that you can't cancel an order. At all. So you sort of forced to wait regardless. Overall I received good service but definitely feels like a gamble. Plus the lack of communication doesn't help. While I wouldn't suggest not using using the Jessops photos service, it wouldn't necessarily be my first choice either. Especially not with something so valuable as family photos.
