Item not received and no idea when its coming as there is no tracking information on the email confirmation. I did receive my item 1hour later and I also received 2 rude patronising emails from them. I stand by my one star review as their attitude and rudeness in the emails to me was very unprofessional.

The towel is lovely- it took a while to arrive ( l blame Yodel) but was well worth waiting for. The packaging was lovely too- especially the little ceramic eye.
