United Kingdom | 11 December 2023Terrible Customer Service Received here Was told my Car would arrive within two weeks, however it only arrived 6 weeks after. Was not kept up todate throughout the delay. Car turned up to the wrong address and when i complained was told nothing we can do to help you. Very poor customer service throughout and they charge an expensive admin fee

Very informative on different cars and he was not the stereotypical pushy sales type, genuinely wanted to help find the right car for me. Any time I had to call or email he would answer straight away or get back to me as soon as possible. Highly recommend Matt at blue chilli.
