Sensible prices, P&P that's not a rip-off and great service. Only improvement would have been a smaller box so I didn't have so much recycling to process! I'll definitely use them next time I need a spare for my stove.

Dean Fleet responded immediately with confirmation that he had part available and could get it to me within 34 hours. True to his word, and keeping in touch throughout, the part was delivered as promised, carefully wrapped and at reasonable cost.
