I placed an order on Thomas gun on 23/11. Standard delivery is supposed to be 3-5 working day. It is now the 3rd December and I have still not received a despatch notification. I have tried contacted via telephone which keeps going to voicemail and I have tried via email and still no response. Poor customer service.

I was looking for a floral sweatshirt for quite a long time. I found one on ebay and decided to find the brand online. I came across Thomas Gun's website and have noticed amazing deals that they have. I imiedietaly found them on facebook and contacted them in order to check for the exact sizes of the sweatshirt and another T-Shirt that I decided to buy. The reply was almost instant which provided me with the sizes, actual photos of the sweatshirt and even one of the staff wearing it to show how it looks.
