I had an exceptional experience with Promotor Rent a Car in Bucharest. The car was in very good condition and the staff were professional and friendly. It's evident they prioritize customer satisfaction. Five stars without hesitation! Highly recommended!

Very rude costumer service. They will require copies of ID card and/or driving license sent by email for confirming car reservations, even though their car rental terms and conditions clearly states that ID should be shown only when picking up the car. Fail to send this information via email and no car will be reserved for you. All this in the reality of stolen identities and bank credits via ID cards.

Promotor rent a car We wanted to pick up a car that was not reserved and went there in person. The guy that works there turned up 30 min later and opened his shop at 9:30, instead of 9am. Online we saw the cheapest car which was 88€. Then upon arrival he tells me the cheapest car they have is a car for 116€. I said "so if i would have booked the car for the 88€, then upon arrival you get told "oh sorry its not available"?. Then they try to upsell you the car that is actually available which is 116€. So that means, the cars that show on their website are not available, its just a listing of the cars that they actually have. It was an absolute waste of time to even go there. Not recommended!

I just got back from Romania where we road tripped around the country for 10 days. My boyfriend and I rented a car from Promotor Rent a Car. At first, we were a bit reluctant about Promotor because of the reviews we had seen, but I absolutely disagree with them. The whole booking process was so easy and helpful. They replied to my emails quickly and efficiently, with all the details needed. When we were searching for a rental, we always have difficulty finding a car with affordable guarantee or deposit, until we found Promotor. I highly recommend their service. The agents met us at the airport, gave us the car we requested, and were waiting for us at drop off. They also took our number in Romania to check on us during the trip. Very professional and friendly.

I recently rented a car from Promotor Rent in Bucharest Otopeni.Everything was beyond good. The staff were friendly and efficient. I'll definitely be renting from them again. The car was new, clean and obviously well-service and they provided the most up-to-date gps. i have not even one complaint!
