Avevo ordinato e regolarmente pagato (94 €) due vostri prodotti (saponi da barba Ishtar e Krokos). Purtroppo, all'apertura del pacco pervenutomi, mi sono accorto che c'era solo il sapone Ishtar. Ho manifestato il mio disappunto sulla chat di WhatsApp e sono in attesa di sapere se potrò ricevere il prodotto che avevo ordinato.

La mia prima esperienza è stata con il sapone da barba Krokos e mi è piaciuta tantissimo; molto cremoso. Ultimamente ho acquistato il sapone neroli siciliano, un sapone duro che monta facilmente e ha un profumo intenso e anche la lozione dopobarba alcolica Krokos, molto gradevole sul viso.

Una garanzia come sempre! Mio marito adora questi prodotti che sono di qualità e ottimi anche sulla pelle. Poi, cosa non da poco, ogni volta c’è una piccola coccola in omaggio! Ogni volta che devo fare un regalo mi rivolgo sempre a questa azienda! Grazie

Leider war ein Teil der Lieferung beschädigt, nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten wurde das Problem aber gemeinsam gelöst. Der Service von AYLM war sehr bemüht. Danke dafür. Die Produkte selbst sind phantastisch.

Apologies, this review for Marduk soap, aftershave and Cologne set is in English, as my Italian is limited to two or three words only. AYLM customer service was excellent- even over a weekend, and after hours! Delivery via FedEx was unusually fast, for this part of the world. I waited until I got to my "holiday home" 350km away from were I usually live to work, as the tape water there is significantly softer. I use what I have stored there, so it was up to my Fatip Testine Gentile, loaded with an Astra Superior Platinum (second use), and Epsilon horse hair brush to perform. The fragrance of the Marduk soap (or is that a croap, because it's very soft) is stellar! Nothing what I was expecting... given the main additional ingredient being cactus (my mind went to Tequila..?) and blueberry. No Sir, this to my nose has a subtle masculine and powdery fragrance. Not that old school scent- more modern, if that's clear on any way. As for performance- gosh! This soap is so-so very slick I had to check if the razor was actually loaded with a blade!!! Yes, I had to curb my usual stingy self, and help myself to a little more soap for lathering, than usual. The soap for me, is expensive, especially with the Euro/Rand exchange rate. I face lather, so I simply added a bit more into the the loading bowl. The horse hair brush also eats soap for breakfast. Probably better to use a synthetic, but to me no matter their superior performance, compared to natural hairs, just lack soul. Be careful not to add too much water. I think (speaking under correction- I can't be bothered to study the ingredient list) there's a higher water content in this soap. Post shave face feel is super silky! Residual sickness is probably comparable to Mitchell's Wool Fat, just maybe more sophisticated? I omitted the witchazel and alum, the first time, just to judge the performance of the soap and other products on their own merit. After the traditional three passes my skin felt soft and well hydrated. I enjoyed that feel just for a moment. The aftershave is unlike what I also expected. Certainly not like SV, not as viscous, more like a true alcohol splash, with a perceptible alcohol zap- nice. The sting (probably more due to my technique, and imperfect skin) lasted only a very short while. Either way, I like alcohol based aftershave splashes, and this formula certainly impressed me! Then I took another moment, just to absorb in the whole experience, thus far. The Cologne is an excellent rounding off. Not overwhelming, but certainly long lasting fragrance. I've used the trio today, for the second time, and I can still smell the (bass) notes of the accord. I'm certain the two ladies in my family will approve! Overall thr Marduk soap, splash and Cologne trio continues to impress me. The set is pleasantly surprising. "Dus lekke", as we would say in Afrikaans. Best yet- AYLM was kind enough to include two small gifts- a pack of sweet/lozenges (candy, as the Americans say), and a sample of Don Jose soap. That made my day! Thanks AYLM. I can't wait for tomorrow mornings shave using Marduk again, and I haven't felt this excited about using a soap in a long while. Moreso, can't wait to finish this soap that I can try the Ishtar!!! Nope, I'm not a pro shaver, just an average guy, father, man that enjoys shaving. Happy shaves everyone, and remember- enjoy the moment.

Ho acquistato la nuova produzione di ishtar. La confezione fantastica, molto più funzionale e curata. Dal punto di vista meccanico un montaggio decisamente migliore rispetto al Matteo 9,11 che avevo preso precedentemente. Protezione ottima. A completare l'esperienza un'ottima aqua mirabilis molto persistente che si accorda molto bene.

I prodotti sono di altissima qualità. Ho avuto un problema, non causato da loro, e gentilmente mi hanno comunque offerto un codice sconto per il prossimo acquisto. Un orgoglio Made In Italy!
