They don't respond to emails and don't give updates and just leave you hanging on waiting. No idea when my order is arriving, dispatching, nothing!

United Kingdom | 04 June 2023Doesn’t even deserve one star but had to put one star to write anything!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Do not buy from them!!! Ordered 5.5 weeks ago, only way I found out they have a 6 week delayed delivery thing going on was to email and ask where it was- zero communication! Zero responsibility for false advertisement in their website!! ‘We pride ourselves in our fast delivery service’ load of nonsense!!!!!!! Got told it was arriving Wednesday 3pm to 5pm and guess what didn’t come! Got told would arrive Saturday! Tracking didn’t even work said due to arrive 8.47am and text me to say it’s arriving 7.47-9.47am at 9.48am- still had not come! Best laugh is after nearly 6 weeks waiting on something that was for my sons birthday they’ve not even sent the right pieces and I have random instructions and spare wood for a climbing frame I didn’t even order and the one I did order was missing the sides and the roof. Customer service just don’t care about anything and are a joke. The company is a joke! I’m going to get in touch with every possible place I can about the crooks and sneaks that this company are!!!!

But if you look at the comments this is obviously a pattern. They should be honest up front so people can make an informed decision. This is just deceptive.

United Kingdom | 23 April 2023DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AWFUL, AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!! Website states delivery is 7-14 days. 3 weeks later I’m still waiting!!!!! Emails go unanswered and phone lines are always jammed - presumably with people complaining all the time! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

We have sent photos and over 20 emails. And they just keep wanting more photos of the battery. It doesn't work. you've sent her a faulty car. Now you need to give her money back and come and collect it. This was meant to be a birthday present for my Grandson... so thank you for nothing. We have a very upset little boy.

United Kingdom | 24 January 2023Ordered a double swing set. I was putting this up for my 8 yr old sons birthday. I had to go out and buy some washers that were missing, that I can deal with, although annoying. Then when fully assembled, it started to tip in use. That was when I got annoyed. This was for my sons birthday and now I could not let him use it. There is no mention in their listing that it needs any sort of anchoring. I emailed them, they told me it doesn't need anchoring but they sell anchors if needed, rubbish, they definitely need anchoring or cementing. I wouldn't have minded if they told me before the purchase. This is a health and safety issue involving children's safety, they need to be fined for incorrect misleading information. I asked if they could make amends and send me the anchors free of charge for my troubles, they declined, hence this review. Do not use this company!!

Have taken zero accountability and have says its only a few weeks warranty when I purchased it October for Christmas present Also have a large following on social media so will be outting them there. They are all scammers Now have to go over in person to resolve matter. Avoid at all costs

United Kingdom | 30 December 2022Ordered an electric scooter for our son for Christmas. Obviously hid it away and the day before Christmas Eve we went to take it out of the box to charge it. Only to find it was a used scooter full of mud scratches and a light was on. My sons Christmas was ruined as this was the main present what he asked santa for. It gets worse … upon emailing and ringing the company 8 times I’m getting the same email asking me is the item still in its original packaging when Ive confirmed numerous times it is. They are delaying collecting the item and won’t refund me until they have collected it absolute scam and again as previous reviews am unable to purchase another one until I have a refund absolute disgrace of a company I will be making this public to warn people of this company DO NOT TRUST THEM !

No response from emails, so I really wouldn't trust them if they say it will arrive before Christmas!!

The product is fantastic, it was provided swiftly with great help from Dan M who was really accommodating helping get all the pieces to the right area (with some useful tips on assembly), the instructions were super easy to follow and - most importantly of all - our son absolutely loves it. Have been impressed throughout - would definitely use again.

I ordered a trampoline 12 foot Rebus trampoline in advance of moving to a new house , I called them and was told over the phone that it was okay to order and they would not deliver until I moved in. however no notes were made and subsequently the trampoline was delivered the day before I moved in and it was rejected ! I called and said this was not what was agreed and could you please deliver as it was for a birthday party for my child however they did not deliver and told me it will be another two weeks and could not guarantee anything and could not help any further ! I was particularly spoken to badly by a girl called Anastasia who told me She could do nothing in matter of fact tone . I therefore called daily chasing my trampoline but to no avail . I ultimately decided to ask for a refund and re-ordered again with a 48 hour delivery window as I though mr this would be quicker ! however after 48 hours the trampoline did not arrive I waited in all day with my children and it never turned up ! I then called and Was on hold for one 1hr hour and 32 minutes this is not to mention the previous days That I had also been on hold for up to an hour but today was the longest. ! Anastasia answered the phone and again could not be more ruder she should absolutely no sympathy or empathy for the time that I spent on hold and told me that the trampoline will be delivered tomorrow ( which was three days outside of the time agreed) she said she could not help me any further . When I asked her to give me a dedicated time she told me it was 9 am until 5 pm . Therefore if you are ordering a 48 hour window with this company they do not provide you with a time and insist you must wait inside all day ( this is of course is if you are using their third-party carrier) As I am in logistics myself , this is a terrible service as we also use services like this and we provide 1hr window slots Outdoors toys are choosing a cheap logistics route, trying to avoid paying additional costs. She told me there was nothing she could do for me any further insisted that I was being rude ( because I was frustrated that I had to wait in again all day with two small children and she then slammed the phone down on me !! I can honestly say I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional company Please do not buy from them they are totally useless and the buying process is painful with little or no Customer Service on offer .

We’re do we start faulty quad bike from day of delivery last December 😡 we are now in transit of a bike that was not fixed three times before by any professional at any standard. We have applied for a refund and was told no!! we wasn’t entitled to it even thought it had been requested since the day of opening. What else is there to say no customer service skills or any functional consumer rights understanding we are now going to trading standards. Angry is an understatement DO NOT BUY ANYTHING From this sxxt poor company

United Kingdom | 06 September 2021A month ago I ordered a wendy house, which was due to be delivered within 10 working days - the item was for an event so needed promptly. No one got in touch to arrange delivery, so I called customer services - it took over 45 minutes to get through and I was told the item was delayed but they would send it as soon as possible and refund the delivery costs if it didn't arrive within the 10 working days. After 10 working days I'd heard nothing so called again - this time an hour wait to get through. I explained the item would not be needed after tuesday. They could not give me a time frame for delivery. The following friday I received a call from a delivery driver saying they were outside my house. They did not call in advance to arrange this, as promised. I refused the delivery as I was not in and it was too late for the item. It's taken me 2 weeks and 3 more phone calls to get a refund AND they have deducted £30 for refusing the delivery and not refunded the £9.99 delivery costs - if they had called in advance as promised the delivery would not have been refused. Avoid this company, they are awful.

United Kingdom | 06 August 2021AVOID THESE JOKERS AT ALL COSTS. The worst customer service I have ever received! Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered 2 pieces of wooden play equipment (swing set and lookout tower) as a summer holiday treat for our girls. Took 2 and a half weeks to arrive rather than the stated 3-7 working days and then only part of it turned up. Customer service awful, was lied to and promsed delivery on several occasions that then did not materialise (turned out their machinery had broken down and so wood for it had not even been cut but no one told us that at the time!!) No tracking info sent. Staff could not care less when trying to find out what the hold up was. Do yourself a favour and just go elsewhere, don't waste your time.

Delivered on the day they advised so very happy children , after searching for trampolines in stock that wasn’t at a ridiculous price , thanks Play Active x

Have been trying to get a replacement or a return for over 3 months and they ignore your emails. No follow up support and our 3 year old son still gets upset daily as he can't ride his tractor. They did respond to the first couple of emails and basically told us that it was probably down to our error and the fault was not with the tractor. AVOID WASTING YOUR MONEY
