This company was very professional, responsive, and pleasant to deal with. Above all, they did a brilliant job converting an old Betamax video of our wedding nearly 40 years ago into a digital file. We now live in the US and couldn't find any company here that could convert Betamax tapes in the PAL format. There were many companies in the UK that could, but we chose this company because we thought it was the most professional (based on their website), and because it was reasonably priced. I unreservedly give this company five stars and two thumbs up!

I requested a recording to be taken from vinyl to a CD and a digital recording. The work was carried out by this company perfectly. The cost was reasonable and clear. The staff were accessible and friendly.

Like many in possession of cherished and irreplaceable family films on long outdated formats that just cannot be played now, I was apprehensive about trusting them to digitisation. I need not have been concerned where Oxford Duplication services were concerned. They were technically knowledgeable and gave me good advice. They were also experienced and had clearly done it all before. The quality of what they produced is excellent. All the old films returned in perfect order. Its such a cliché to say "service with a smile" but it was. Very good service indeed.
