Overall, we had a positive experience with their webpage team. They were wonderful to work with and able to meet our very limited budget. Dwayne and his team kept open communication with us and helped at each step of creating our homepage/landing page to support our brick and mortar business location. Improving our visibility and daily product uploads are on our own time, but even after the homepage project completed, Dwayne has been available to help me manage a couple issues that may arise here and there. While time may be an issue as he does relay my concerns back and forth with his design team, if there isn’t an urgent need time wasn’t an issue for us. We are very happy way the homepage and we are able to manage product uploads ourselves. If I had unlimited funds, I could definitely use some help with product pages, but for what we need at the moment it is a basic and sufficient format.
