First time I used this company I had no issues what so ever, order tracked and received all perfectly (this was a while ago). After seeing a Instagram story selling some EPM1’s I thought there wouldn’t be a risk, stupidly sent payment straight to the owners bank account via transfer and then all communication went quiet. I’ve tired to contact the owner a few times and been completely ignored.

Fake website.

Didn’t even receive my parcel, had no tracking updates since I ordered so to be honest ive just been scammed

Brought a 200 odd pound mystery box they had near zero contact from the start even after messaging multiple times for 4 months decided I had to set a dispute with PayPal to get my money back and got a refund AVOID

I ordered Mystery Box and it till has not arrived and it was meant to be here 3 weeks ago now and every time I email them I get no response. this what they siad to me Hello, Thank you for your patience with your order, we have had many issues go wrong over the last few weeks and by no means is this an excuse. This email is to explain the reasoning why your order might be delayed and what we are going to do to make it right! We were evicted from our warehouse as our estate is being developed into a housing estate leaving our business 'homeless'... Meaning we had no way of sorting out inventory to get your orders out and it was an absolute nightmare to sort through and reset up, currently we are working between garages & spare rooms until we get our next unit sorted (which is in the pipeline). By no means is this something that we could have foreseen so quickly, as an apology, we are offering you a £25 voucher off your next order with us and we hope to get your packages out in the mail within the next few days. I am not very happy with them and I will be not buy anything from them.

I ordered a speed loader and viper pouch, I received the loader but the pouch was missing, it took a week of attempted contact before I got a response telling me another pouch would be sent, this was 15th June and to this day have still not received this, poor service in my opinion.

Rogue Company! Bought a mystery box from them, waited a few days no emails of dispatch, so contacted the email on the receipt as it says any problems here is the email and phone, person who replied to the email seemed baffled as to how i had got their email address, but eventually told me my stuff would be shipped. The phone number is useless, no one answers, so a week goes by no emails no parcel so i kept phoning and emailing and eventually got a response saying “oh we have shipped your item but there is no tracking as we send them second class non recorded” (red flag) “but here is a refund anyway as we dont want bad publicity and when the stuff arrives you can keep it or send it back”. But surprise surprise no parcel arrived and after further digging it seems to be a likely story! So avoid at all costs and dont do what i done, use a reputable airsoft company!

I have wanted to try an airsoft mystery box since I started playing but was always sceptical due to various reasons with each company I came across however I happened to see a post by the airsoft Centre so decided to take the plunge n speak with them and I'm so glad I did these lads know what they are doing. Me being hesitant about parting with dollar for something I don't know im getting that wasn't a problem for these lads they have klarna the transaction couldn't of gone any easier I went for the silver mystery box not expecting much maybe some cheap bbs a patch or two a t shirt that stinks of old warehouse n rat p1ss when my box arrived wow I was really surprised ( they sent me an email asking some questions like what my play style was what colours do I run weight of bbs that kinda thing) in my box I got 2 m4 mag pouches a double pistol mag pouch a really nice hard polymer holster for a glock rifle sling pistol speed loader and I also got a army armament r17 for the price I paid I don't know how they do it brilliant from start to definitely be ordering from them again
