I got a fantastic deal on Piz Buin one day long suntan lotion, even the leading high street retailers can't compete, with their B.O.G.O.F.'s, and it arrived so quick, that when the card came through my door to say I'd missed the delivery I thought it was something else!..Imagine my delight to find it was my suntan lotion. Fragrance Mad, have me covered...literally!!....

It was lovely to browse the products in your site. I got three lovely sun products for £20. It was delivered within three days and are great value products that would have cost at least double (if not more!) anywhere else.

Placed my order on the Monday and my items arrived by the Wednesday. Box was well packed with and hence the items arrived in perfect condition. This was my 1st order but it will not be my last. Great service. Thanks

Absolutely terrible. I recently bought Kardashian Gold from this website as a present for my sister. The package arrive very quickly but unfortunately there was no cellophane on the box and the lid of the perfume was missing! I have emailed fragrance mad 3 times and have still yet to receive an answer from them. Don't buy from this site, pay the couple of pounds extra and get it from a website where you'll receive all of the product.

I ordered something in error and only realised later that evening I'd bought the wrong item after I read an email confirmation saying the item was ready for despatch. Sent them a web message asking if they could change my order (not expecting it could) but the next morning I received a friendly email saying it was no problem and my order would be changed and posted out that day. What a refreshing change to have great customer service online. Highly recommend this firm.

Second time I have used Fragrance Mad and I cannot believe the service, speed, quality of goods and fabulous prices. I even telephoned with a query and this was answered immediately. Cannot think of any bettter service experience - keep it up

I had an e-mail through about their clearance offers so SHARED the deal for others to enjoy on a money saving forum but then Fragrance Mad PUT THE PRICES UP of the goods I had recommended , now that is just downright greedy! They also just REMOVED my comments from their Facebook page which is always dodgy , so no explanation & I WILL NOT be using or recommending ever again as I will never recommend a company I do not TRUST!!!!
