Ruth marketed the house well, took great photographs and the team were quick to get it on the market for us. Their commission rate was good too. Danielle did what felt like an endless amount of viewings and was always professional and clearly working on our behalf at all times. She became our main contact and grew to know our property well! When the offers eventually started to come in Danielle was helpful and patient! We eventually agreed on an offer, which Danielle again made sure was legitimate and not a time waster. She definitely helped us to get our sale to its final completion. I think we'd still be on the market if it hadn't been for Danielle's hard work and endless professionalism.
