Terrific! We bought through Enfys, and found that Nikki and Peter do far more to help than other agents in the Llandudno area. They made viewing appointments promptly rather than forcing us to wait for several days. They were contactable at all times, including evenings and weekends. They were always well informed about the property they were selling, which we found to be very different to other agents who, when asked, usually had no idea of the age of the property, the Council tax band, etc etc. Enfys also adopt a 'soft sell' approach, which we enjoyed, never suggesting that the house was likely to be 'snapped up immediately' or some such silliness. They even intervened more than once to encourage both sets of solicitors to get a move on
