I have purchased and sold to LDJ. I'm very happy to have the opportunity to sell to a Canadian owned company for consignment. I find items are as described and customer service to be great! I do wish that they offered consignment for items under 2K like they did before, but still happy with the service!

I ordered from Luxe Du Jour back in 2022. They get it shipped through Canada Post Office and arrange to have it picked up from Canada Post rather than being delivered to my house as arranged with Luxe. The parcel was shipped and kept at Canada Post, which was over 6km away from my shipping location. After numerous attempts to get Luxe to give me info regarding my order. I found out that Canada Post was holding my package while they were attempting to contact me by phone, but Canada Post was never provided with the correct phone number. RED FLAGS Since Canada Post couldn't contact me and Luxe won't provide me any tracking details about my parcel. Time was running by, and the pressure was killing me. I later found out the location my parcel was held and when i spoke with Canada Post representative about what I was experincing. The Canada Post agent told me that Luxe was asking them to hold on to the parcel even after the 15 days period of unclaimed parcel expired. Again - More Red Flagss. I finally managed to pick up my parcel, and when I found out it was the wrong item. They admitted it was, but yet bullied me into keeping it, and when I pushed back, they kept the item they sent me. charged me money, and they reported it to collections to collect more money 3 years later. STAY AWAY....

Purchased two handbags from Luxe Du Jour in the past year and had an excellent experience. Handbags are guaranteed authentic which removes the risk of worrying about fakes. Customer service was very responsive and helpful. I connected directly to a person who was able to answer my questions and went above and beyond. Very courteous & professional. As a buyer I had a horrible customer service experience because I was unhappy with the bag that I purchased. “As a curtesy” they offered to consign the bag and take their commission which (assuming it sold) would leave me with 70% of the initial price. That’s predatory! I was considering consigning some of my designer bags with them but now I would rather use any other resale platform than theirs.

I bought a Chanel Classic Multicolor Tweed Bag that arrived more beautiful in person! The service was exceptional from everyone I talked with. Vivi helped me when I was interested in restoring the inside flap and the leather in the strap. She explained everything to me and was so nice. Lana sent me several pictures of the bag and videos. And so quick to respond to all my concerns. Erin did a exceptional job at the bag spa.The leather had faded....she matched the color to it's original color.....it was more beautiful in person!!! It is 20 years old and it looks like it's brand new.....it's unbelievable how Erin matched the color back to it's orginal. I think it's my favorite Chanel Bag. She answered all my textes and phone calls right away. The staff are all so professional and knowledgeable. I received it so fast and the packaging was a 10 out of 10 like the service! I sent a few bags here before and they keep telling me it does not pass the authentication process and charging me $450 to get back , when I know this bag is real when I just got it authenticated last week . You guys keep scamming people for $450 just to get our bag back . This place is a scam and I will be escalating this further.

On their website, it says bag from $500-$2500 the consignment fee is 20%, which is fine. But when I asking for a quote for my like new condition sac de jour baby size (they are selling exact same bag on their website for $2140) they offered me $900. I asked how can be this low they said "for bag under $2000 they ONLY OFFER BUYOUT, so I can't do consignment. I sent a screenshot of their consignment rate from their website then she said "oh we do both buyout and consignment quote so people can choose which one they want". Then I said why you rejected my consignment request then? She said "they only do buyout for my bag". I asked for a reason they didn't provide any. This practice is so shady and unethical, they are so greedy now, they don't honor what they advertise on their website, they don't give you reason and they know the bag is in very good condition they can sell it for good price but they lowball you and offered only $900 and they can sell it for over $2000. Please find another store and save your time. I have all the conversations screenshot, I am not lying and I gave proof.

I can’t rave about LDJ enough. I admit, I am anxious and even reluctant to spend my hard earned money on consignment items, but not when I’m buying from LDJ. I trust their process completely and I’ve only ever had positive experiences shopping with them. Their customer service is impeccable, even as they start to scale their business. I sent a request quote a month ago and they didn’t even give me an option of consigning. My purse was priced at 2000 Cad cash out. Their offer expired and i finally did sent another request since im finally ready to let go of my purse. They came back with 1500 cad offer for the same purse. I know they need to make money but this offer is ridiculously low. They’re selling my purse for 2800+ cad on the website so offering me 1500 cad is a joke. I bought a couple of purses from them but they’re only good at that. You treat people like we dont know anything.
