I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Appscenic. They charged my account without any prior notification or authorization, which is completely unacceptable. Despite my repeated requests for a refund, they refused to cooperate or provide any resolution. Furthermore, I found their customer service to be extremely lacking. The lack of communication and disregard for customer concerns is appalling. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services to anyone. Beware of their unethical billing practices and subpar service. To exacerbate matters, the quality of their product images is abysmal. The images are of such poor quality that they hardly resemble what was advertised. It's evident that their lackluster service extends to the product itself.

Most products are priced so as to allow me to be competitive in the marketplace and make a little profit. The auto-syncing generally works well but on the few occasions I've found issues it was super easy to chat with customer service and get the problem solved. Overall, I am extremely satisfied.
