I am a beginner and i found the flow of the site to be very simple and prices are fair.... the customer service i cant comment on because i havent dealt with them yet but i can always revise my review in the future...

They didn't refund subscription which we forget to turn off. I informed them same day they charged subscription and explained that we aren't willing to use it but they still charged.
