The over-all function of the app is pretty much flawless. Importing products to shopify is a smooth process. My store has been live for just a little over a month and haven't sold anything yet. I think the product prices are a higher than others.

I love the platform, however, my active experience has been minimal. But, I will say I like the ease of placing the many great products on my site...is a joy. I like it. The product cost may show up more to my advantage when I move to the discounting selling position which I am not in at present. Amazon is my main competitor, and they have Prime. Prime offsets the cost of many products for a better buying experience and makes it more inviting for buyers when there is no shipping cost. Buyers do not like shipping costs.

AppScenic could provide a greater selection for men that currently on the site. Missing are better selections of men's briefs, dress long sleeve shirts, suits and also extra large clothing for the Largest of men.

I was surprised when I found out that your app is just about one year on the market - it has a great UI and a usefull Dashboard, the only thing that I would add - automatic money transfer from my merchant transaction account to my appscentic Wallet when someone purchases something from your catalog!

This is a great site with a vast selection of products that I could put into my store. I will have to say that there are not very many electronics to pick from to add. Is it possible that there can be? My store is advertised for selling electronics.

It is fairly easy to navigate and figure out how to use the various parts, however, there are still some areas that are not fully capable of providing a full range of options. As an example, setting pricing formulas could be simplified by allowing a person to set a profit percentage for various price ranges that could be applied to all products rather than set a separate formula for each price range, such as setting one formula (0-50 cost, 25%), (51-400 cost, 20%), (401-4000 cost, 15%). Then that formula could be set across all products.

I have no experience with this kind of enterprise. The individuals that worked with me were professional and patient with my slowness in understanding what was needed. Each and every one was clear and concise with their directions. Willing to repeat as necessary till I understood the prosses. I recommend that you hire as many individuals as possible of this caliber.

Very user & customer friendly. My favorite part about the site is how interactive & accomodating they are. I let them know that they didn't have a certain product that I wanted on my site & they replied quickly to let me know that they would be adding it in the next few weeks! Very excited :D

I'm new to this ,but so far I'm very happy with appscenic. Only suggestion I have is have is when you get to the bottom of a page have the next page go to the top of the page instead starting at the bottom

A very good App, easy to navigate. I also like the AppScenic Academy. I have learned so much from them and I am still learning. Customer Service is also great. I get answers to my concerns usually within 24 hours.

I like that there's alot to choose from when it comes to products. I also like the break down of there dashboard it's easy to navigate through.

I like what you have developed, but wish there were more everyday products like: tents, bikes, camping gear; boats, etc.

Easy to use and works great

I found more selection to do dropshipping in the US, it's easy to use with wide range of sections, but there are a couple of things I didn't like If I am browsing then click back, I don't get the same page, the order of products changes. Also, when I linked my shop to Amazon the prices really high . I understand there are multiple suppliers for the same product, bit I am not sure that they have a system where you can compare all the prices. You might know even there is another supplier for the same product, one can be in page 5 and the other one in page 100 where you would not notice. I know roo prices are subject to your plan, but the difference is not too big.

Since starting with Appsenic, I have had all orders fulfilled. I also had one issue with a customer needing to return an item which Appsenic assisted with in a positive and fair manner.
