United Kingdom | 26 October 2022I bought two bedside tables. They turned up weeks apart. Then after a couple of months we found that one contained WOODWORM. Trying to return the item was a farce - they kept trying to collect it without any packaging, they then sent packaging but then said they could no longer return it as it wasn't the original packaging. They then offered a full refund....but now seem to have ghosted me and I can't get hold of anyone to get my refund. Nobody is responding to emails, to calls, to the online chat. Absolutely appalling product and service. Do not buy from this company.

Have raised a return request and spoken to customer service multiple times and they keep using the same excuse, "waiting for the manufacturer to organise the pick-up of faulty item". Reading other reviews, looks like this is a common thing. Still no comms after 6 weeks!! A refund or even response looking very unlikely at this stage. Would not recommend buying from this company.

No apology just a email to say I was contacting trading standards and a refund received next day .Terrible service ,awful company to deal with if you need to contact them due to problems .Never will I place a order with then again .

I ordered from the professional looking website and received a confirmation email as well as another email thanking me for supporting a small business. Delivery was supposed to be 3-7 days. No correspondence at all regarding the order after they took my money. Emailing, phoning and using their chatbot is a complete waste of time. I noticed they were active on social media so messaged on both Instagram and Facebook as well as commenting on their posts…no reply. I cannot understand how a business can operate like this, absolutely dreadful.

United Kingdom | 06 August 2022This company should not be given any stars. The customer service is diabolical. I ordered a burnt wax sideboard which when delivered was a total different colour. Unable to speak with them via phone as they do not answer. Form filled in via their web page and photos uploaded. I was told that they would contact the manufacturer. After Constantly having to chase them for an update and then to be told they will contact manufacturer I final requested a refund. The reply was once the manufacturer had agreed that the colouring was not as advertised, which she agreed that looking at the photos they were different then they would agree to collect and refund. So today after 5 weeks of poor service and being fobbed off I was told that the manufacturer disagreed with my assessment of the colour and I would have to pay for return before refund. Now would anybody else think this is a good idea, to pay to return an incorrect item, and risk them not repaying the monies then probably stop corresponding. today I have started a charge back and hopefully will get my refund that way. So if you would like a trouble free experience PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

United Kingdom | 31 July 2022Placed an order at the start of the year and was notified immediately it would be 6 months before delivery due to stocking delays, got offered a refund but was happy to wait and so glad I did, absolutely love the mirror. The communication was bang on, contacted with updates as when they received them and due to it being a large item, the courier contacted us to say they would be delivering. Very happy with our purchase

United Kingdom | 25 July 2022I received a damaged bed. I have asked for the damaged parts to be exchanged. I have been chasing for updates for over a week to no avail. No idea if the parts will be exchanged or when it will happen. Very frustrating.
