Canada | 02 August 2022I really had high hopes for this set however, unfortunately it did not work for my skin. I followed the instructions but was still too harsh and blistered around my mouth. Did not work for my pigmentation either. It did however smoothen an area under my right eye where i was getting creepy skin.

Canada | 26 July 2022I had asked during the appointment booking to be paired with someone who is familiar with laser treatments on black skin because of the risk of burning etc. I was given an appointment. I showed up there and tech took me to the consultation room to provide some education and she was going to do a skin test. I asked her if she had had any experience with my skin type because we are more prone to burning if the wrong wavelength or type of laser was used. She said she had no experience. I said no disrespect, but is there someone else present that has experience to do the skin test. She said she was going to check. She left the room and came back and said that the experienced staff didn’t feel comfortable in carrying out a skin test on my skin because of the risk of burning. My exact fear coming into this place to begin with! Well, if the experienced people don’t feel comfortable, then I wasn’t sure of the place anymore if the person paired with me has no experience. It was a bit of a waste of my time because I asked this specific question before I booked the appointment.
