I met Sarita, from Off the Wall, on my first trip to Nepal in 2015. My intention was just to fly over the Base Camp as I believed I wouldn't be able to do it over land. Unfortunately, that year I couldn't take the helicopter tour because the airspace was closed due to a political meeting that coincided with the days I was in Kathmandu. I returned to Nepal a few years later when I was finally able to do it. I dream of visiting Everest.. but this time I did the trek accompanied by Sarita who gave me all the support so that I arrived healthy and safe at Base Camp.. We walked from Lukla to Base Camp.. unforgettable experience. Im absolutely sure that without her knowledge and patience I wouldn't have been able to make my dream come true. And, hope I can do it again after I retire, with more time to spend and that wonderful nature.
