Adam was very accommodating. I needed one of my orders held for a few weeks before posting. He was happy to oblige. And of course all the shoes I have gotten from Abbots has been top quality.

It was fast, the shoes were very well packaged, clean - just an overall great experience with only one nagging downside: the extra taxes. Brexit, folks, what a dumb move that was... I'd buy more at Abbot's if that wasn't such a pain. Between VAT, import duties and handling costs it came to about 100 euro extra on 250 euro worth of shoes, PAINFUL.
