Selling our Church's shoes to Abbot's was incredibly quick and easy. They were very efficient in dealing with our request and handling the postage. Oh! and the quote we received was very good.

Sizing is strange. I have Crockett and Jones and Churches shoes and my size is 9. These Tods, size 9 are slightly small, which is odd, because I understand that, if anything, Tods sizing is slightly large.

I strongly recommend Abbot's shoes. It's my second experience with them. The first time I ordered a Crockett and Jones pair of loafers which were too small and I send them back and has been fully refunded without any further questions. That is not common for second hand luxury shoes, most of the time on ebay there's a "no return" policy for this kind of items. Policy that I practice myself when I sell one of my pair of shoes online except if the buyer comes at my door. This time I ordered a pair of chelsea boots quite expensive, even in second hand, for my budget. As for the first time the shoes were in great condition as for all the shoes on their website. The leather, the sole, the inner sole : excellent as pictured on the site. That's why I strongly recommend, and I will buy again if I find a gem that I'm looking for (this Grenson Archive 4 brogue in brown...) because there's no high and low in the condition of the shoes displayed.
