This time there was an open seam defect that was not adequately described in what would have otherwise been an "ok" but certainly not "excellent" state in a pair of shoes. The other deducted star comes from the fact, that the customer (I am living in the EU) doesn't get half of shipping costs back in a refunding process, so that the risk is equally distributed, but pays two times which I am not even sure would be legal according to EU E-commerce law.

Shoes as described, fast delivery, reasonable price, Surprise is coming after delivery to EU countries, Customs and taxes should be considered. Higher than expected.

The shoes were described as in very good condition. In actual fact, they were in excellent condition. They must have been barely worn. Abbotts, you wouldn't know, but you sent me TWO requests for feedback before the shoes had arrived. You must be underestimating the time they take to get to New Zealand. These premature requests caused me to worry a little. But in the end, all good.

Recently bought some great shoes here. They were very well reconditioned, and we're in even better condition than I was expecting. All the information was very clear. The return for the second pair I bought (slightly too small) was very quick and easy.
