Fantastic shoes at a bargain price

I've purchased two pairs of shoes over two seperate transactions. Both arrived quickly and as photographed. I returned one as it didn't fit (I was unfamiliar with the particular shoe last). The return shipping cost, speed and process was all excellent.

Excellent value and really prompt service and shoes always fit description l am on my 6th pair now also there buying system is user friendly.

Sold me shoes that were the wrong size. Then said that the hand made English shoes have a us size on them. Very poor effort.

Great advice and great product

The shoes (both pairs)were a wise buy for me. Theres nothing short of me saying they were brand new. Im sure an added bonus is the fact that abbot's can always buy back the shoes should i grow out of them.

Perfect, the shoes were exactly as stated. If the original box is not available it would be nice if the company could supply their own box, a' la Herrings, not a criticism ,just a thought. It would keep the company's name at the forefront of clients

Some time ago I bought a pair of shoes from Abbot's which turned out not to fit well. The return process was easy and efficient. This time I bought a pair which fit perfectly - I'm wearing them now - and are an amazing bargain. The condition was accurately described. They are like new. The price was substantially less than the cost of a new pair. I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase. More recently I bought some shoe polish as well, which is excellent.

Very good exerience

I bought a lovely pair of Brogues by Church’s (Berlin) but they were half a size too big. Return completed efficiently. Bought the correct size “as new”, with box and shoe bags. They were perfect, brand new. I was delighted. Been buying Church’s for years. I paid £890 for my last pair of Consuls, but it’s just too much. I paid £395. Retail £940. Such a straightforward decision! Bravo Abbots. Highly recommended.
