United Kingdom | 24 March 2023Can't be any more helpful when they think they're going to make some money out of you, they'll message you email you..... Until they hit a dead end, either can't draw your pension out can't transfer it or not enough in there to make any money for themselves.... Then they don't contact you at all, not even to tell you the bad news, even the guy on the phone will say he's passing my query through to the front desk then somebody will get back to me... But no one ever does, I didn't know what was going on they just left me in limbo I had to eventually phone the pension company myself to find out it was not withdrawable. Not Happy.
