I don’t tend to write reviews, but when I initially decided to try Skindoc, I was skeptical and so looked to reviews to guide me. Hence, I wanted to write something to help others who may be unsure. I have genuinely been so impressed with Skindoc. I have been seeing Dr Sree and enjoy my consultations with him. He takes the time to listen to all concerns and provides helpful solutions. The process from booking an appointment to receiving your prescription is seamless and you can tell a lot of thought has been put into the patient journey to ensure it is an uncomplicated one. Highly highly recommend this company!

Dr Sree was incredible! Took the time to listen keenly to my acne story, and the effects it’s had. Felt like there was ample time to convey concerns, ask plenty of questions and have everything from the mechanism of acne, the management, its aims and follow up all explained. Couldn’t have asked for a better consultation. Highly recommend Skindoc. Very fast replies, with exceptionally hard workers to make it an experience as well as a consultation.

I'm currently nearing the end of my isotretinoin treatment with Dr Sree. From the dermatologists and the admin staff, Skindoc have been absolutely fantastic and very supportive. During the monthly meetings with Dr Sree, I was able to ask questions about the treatment and progress. Dr Sree really eased my mind regarding the treatment and explained everything to me in an excellent way. Whenever I was concerned or had a question surrounding my treatment outside of these monthly meetings, the admin staff quickly got back to me after passing my message onto Dr Sree. This unwavering support made the whole process so much easier and stress-free for me as the patient. Overall, I would highly recommend Skindoc if you can't fathom waiting a year for an NHS dermatology appointment. Although a more expensive route, the confidence and support has been priceless & I am so glad I took the leap and went with Skindoc. Thank you so much for helping me regain my confidence.

Before I booked my first appointment for isotretinoin, I contacted them to ask questions and I would just like to say that their admin team is top notch. They reply so quick and very friendly. The website is easy to use and there is always an availability of appointments as soon as possible, sometimes even same day appointments are available. My consultation with Dr Sree was very efficient. Before the consultation, the admin team already contacted me regarding the tests before starting my treatment to speed things up. Dr Sree listened to my concerns, my history, and answered my questions regarding the treatment and I did not feel that I was rushed despite being a little late for my appointment. Dr Sree cares about his patients and provides a professional yet still friendly approach to his patients. I started my treatment in less than a week after my initial consultation. The process of starting isotretinoin was so easy with Skindoc and I highly recommend them.

My experience with SkinDoc has been amazing. I’m currently coming towards the end of my roaccutane journey and it has been life changing to say the least, Dr Sree has been an amazing person to get to know over the various online video calls I have had with him, he has helped me so much and is a very kind and funny person and I can’t thank him enough for what he has done for me.

My consultant dermatologist was Sree. He was always a pleasure to deal with and answered any questions I had. You really feel like you’re talking to a friend rather than a Doctor. I was prescribed accutane and to be honest this drug has been kind of a miracle for me. The difference in my skin now from when I started is crazy. It’s such a weight off my shoulders to not have to worry about it the way I used to. I would highly recommend skindoc to everyone, it’s the one of the best decisions I’ve made.

Struggled with acne for 6 years and tried every skin care product/antibiotic/etc that you could think of. The experience with Skindoc transformed my skin within months. Wish i found them sooner! A fabulous service! I used the photo submission as I was worried about skin changes and was kindly reassured in less than a day 🥳 .. I received a detailed clinical letter from Dr Bryan Murphy which gave me peace of mind and eased my insecurities. I highly recommend skindoc as it’s not a bad price to pay for a high level of care when you consider how long the current NHS waiting lists are!
