My neighbour booked a certification in our block of flats. I was at home with my new baby and heard someone push my front door which was fortunately locked. I opened the door and heard someone leave the building. I then looked outside the window and saw someone get into a branded 'Certify My Property' car. I contacted the company to tell them what had happened. Someone on the phone said a manager would follow up, but I never heard back. I then wrote a follow up email but again got no response. It was a little disturbing to be honest. I was hoping there could be an explanation or an apology. I can't see how it was a mistake as the engineer seemed to be leaving having already tested the property. Keep safe!
