United States | 20 February 2025i agree completely with Audrey. The main website and my personal site have been down since Sunday. Betterphoto has made no effort to email anyone about the problem. I have found no reliable phonenumber to contact them. Emails have been unanswered. This site and my own website have now been off line almost 80 hours. Today Friday, Feb 21: at 6:30 AM CST I did receive a personal email from BetterPhoto contacting me and apologizing about the problem and indicated their efforts to resolve it.

The side is a little hard to navigate as well. But I put a lot of effort into it and I don’t feel like starting over-. We’ll see how it goes.

United States | 11 September 2024I have had a BetterPhoto website for 14 years. I had a hard time communicating with Betterphoto when I accidently let my website expire. I only wish they had a phone number you could call as I was not getting all the emails in a timely fashion. Hopefully this issue is now being resolved and the website will be up and running soon. Update: Issue was resolved and grateful for their ability to retrieve my images. Thanks.
